Roofer / Labourer

We are looking for a Roofer/Labourer to support roofing installation, repair, and maintenance on various properties. Some experience is preferred.

Duties

• Assisting with roofing installation and repairs
• Using hand tools and power tools, scaffolds
• Cutting and fitting roofing materials
• Carrying materials and handling heavy lifting
• General labouring tasks on site
• Keeping the work area clean and safe
• Driving to jobs (company van provided)

Requirements

• Some roofing or construction experience preferred
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors
• Able to lift and carry materials
• Willing to learn
• Full driving licence required
• Living in or near Boston

Pay & Hours

• £13-£13.50/hour
• Monday–Friday, 40+ hours, flexible schedule
• Jobs may be 1–2 hours\’ drive from Boston

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Work Location: On the road
