We are looking for a super-talented Accountant to join our finance team in our fast-growing company. In this role, you will manage all aspects of accounting activities, implement accounting policies, and ensure statutory compliance.
- Responsible for all aspects of accounting operations.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as Legal, HR, FP&A, and Operations to address the financial implications of business initiatives.
- Ensure timely month-close and accurate financial reporting, including the record of journal entries and account reconciliation.
- Own the end-to-end payroll cycle: prepare payroll information, review payroll provider calculations, coordinate onboarding/offboarding data, and serve as the primary employee focal point.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including local statutory audits and tax filings for the JFrog UK entity.
- Responsible for statutory reporting as well as US GAAP to STAT GAAP reconciliation.
- Maintain and improve the transactional flows in the global ERP system to ensure accurate financial results.
- Work with external professional service providers on auditing and tax compliance-related projects.
- Ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
To be an Accountant in JFrog you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience - must.
- Proven experience in the above mentioned responsibilities.
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite with multibook enabled a plus.
- Working knowledge in bookkeeping, accounting, laws and regulations.
- Working knowledge of US GAAP is a plus.
- To be someone who’s willing to roll up their sleeves to dive into the details.
- Highly organized, detailed oriented and capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
