Associate Director – Bridges Birmingham £70k plus benefits An excellent opportunity has presented itself with this leading consultancy providing civil, structural and environmental services across the built environment with a UK focus. Our client seeks an Associate Director – Bridges to lead their highly experienced bridges team. Acting as the lead both technically and from a client engagement perspective you will combine project leadership, team mentoring and commercial oversight. The role is seen as a key and will influence the further growth of the team – as you steer and deliver their already very healthy workload whilst identifying new opportunities. You will have the full support of the national bridges team and will provide strategic leadership as well as lead major projects and multidisciplinary design commissions. Alongside this build and maintain strong client relationships whilst mentoring your talented team and making an effective contribution to bids and frameworks. For your part you will be a Chartered Engineer with significant experience in major bridge infrastructure within a UK consultancy and a strong knowledge of the UK market and frameworks etc. You will be well rewarded for your contribution with an above industry salary and package and more importantly the opportunity to shape and expand their already dynamic team
