The Role

We are recruiting a senior digital communications specialist to help lead our expanding digital team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with account teams and the Head of Digital to devise unique and impactful solutions for a wide array of complex issues our clients face in government, legal disputes, private sectors, and geopolitical arenas.

This position demands a solutions-focused approach, exceptional client engagement skills, and a commitment to acting as a trusted advisor to political leaders, industry pioneers, and creatives from around the globe.

About You

• Proven Track Record: You have demonstrable experience in a strategic role advising international, cross-sector stakeholders confidently. This includes projects like political elections, high-profile campaigns, or international initiatives.
• Deep digital understanding: You possess an intuitive grasp of delivering unique solutions to complex challenges, with excellent knowledge of analytic and monitoring software and familiarity with AI-driven platforms.
• Creative & Analytical Fluency: You can collect, analyze, and interpret insights to inform targeted strategies, and are skilled in industry-standard video, graphic, and photo-production software.
• Open and Adaptive: You approach work with an open mind, adapting to new challenges and diverse client demands, especially when working with high-profile individuals and organizations across sectors.
• Knowledgeable of current affairs: You have a strong understanding of global current affairs, with a keen interest in geopolitical, societal, and technological trends, continuously seeking knowledge to inform your approach.
• Leadership: You have a proven track record of leading teams and guiding individuals in line with strategic objectives.
