Account support:
• Confidently handling clients and building their trust around day to day account work
• Increasingly being aware of workflow across the account
o Alerting senior team members to pressures, deadlines or issues on accounts, including your own activity
• Leading on delivery of account administration, including EOW reports/monthly activity reports, coverage documents etc
• Exhibiting understanding of and sensitivity to changing client priorities and pressures
• Beginning to show increased understanding and appreciation of commercial engagement with clients and importance of showcasing our work
Delivery:
• Taking initiative around creative ideas for clients to support high levels of quality activity
• Demonstrating understanding of client sector issues, news and trends
• Contributing effectively to team brainstorms and developing news angles, stories and pitches
• Showing understanding of client KPIs and expectations
• Developing excellent writing skills across range of media and increasingly starting to coach junior team members to the same standard

• Serving as an enthusiastic role model to more junior team members, providing proactive guidance, support and constructive feedback
• Maintaining can-do approach and cool head in moments of pressure or challenging circumstances and stepping up to challenges when they arise

New business
