Responsibilities: •Act as day-to day contact for clients to ensure smooth running •Take leadership and drive accounts forward •Lead on first drafts of documents for clients and adapt writing style for different audiences accordingly, politicians, civil servants etc •Provide advice and insight to clients •Coach and mentor juniors •Conduct parliamentary and policy monitoring and analysis •Monitor client news and identify opportunities for clients to engage with stakeholders •Own stakeholder relationship. Co-ordinate and review engagement plans, review policy and stakeholder briefing notes drafted by junior members •Actively participate in new business pitches. Oversee research for pitches and review findings to shape the answer. Contribute to the document creation process •Attend external networking events/ webinars directly relevant to clients Essential skills and experience: •Strong working knowledge of Parliament, Government and UK political parties •Confident with parliamentary monitoring tools such as Hansard •A genuine interest in politics, current affairs and business •Excellent time management and high level of attention to detail •Strong writing and presenting skills •Demonstrable experience working in a fast-paced team •Experience in the infrastructure, FMCG, retail, technology, energy or financial services sectors Excellent salary and benefits on offer.
