Responsibilities:
- Experience managing and publishing content across major social media platforms
- Working knowledge of social listening, media monitoring and analytics tools
- Ability to collect, analyse and interpret digital data
- Experience monitoring and tracking online narratives
- Experience planning, producing and adapting digital content for sensitive accounts
- Mature competence in basic graphic design and content production (video and motion an advantage)
- Ability to report on digital performance
Qualifications:
- Approximately three to five years' experience in digital communications
- Understanding of design and content production; video or motion skills are a plus but not essential
- Curious and creative mindset with willingness to learn by being close to action
- Ability to work in a tight, integrated team and participate in live decision-making
