The ideal person will be a self-starter who likes to take the initiative and someone who is excited to join an entrepreneurial business where they can play a role in their growth story. You will be highly organised with exceptional client management and media relations skills. They are a tight-knit, supportive and collegiate team and they enjoy helping each other succeed. Role overview The Account Manager is responsible for the daily operational running of client accounts. You will be hands on with client accounts, delivering PR and media relations activities and building relationships with journalists. With larger accounts you will have an Account Executive to support you with administration, media relations outreach and other client requests. Through effective client account management, you will be up to date on what is happening on each client account at any given time and ensure all client KPIs are met. Knowledge and experience • Prior experience working in l professional services / corporate / business to business (B2B) PR gained in an agency or in-house Industry knowledge and media contacts are desired • Passion and enthusiasm for building a career in legal PR in an entrepreneurial environment Benefits package Leave benefits: • 25 days annual leave (plus UK bank holidays) • FREE half day leave per month (equivalent to 6 days extra leave per year) • Office closure during Christmas and the New year, without deduction from annual leave Other benefits: • Annual bonus depending on company performance and individual performance • Hybrid working policy – minimum of 3 days in the office per week. • 4.30pm finish on Friday • Workplace pension (3% employer contribution) • Regular social events and Christmas party • Christmas gift vouchers • Latest model MS Tablet supplied to enable remote working • Training and development programme • Private Health and Dental insurance • Sabbatical leave Salary DOE, excellent benefits!
