Registered Nurse - 4 South Med/Surg - Per Diem at Hackensack Meridian Health, Riverview Medical Center, Borough of Red Bank, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research, nursing policies, and standards of care to provide and ensure safe and excellent delivery of individualized patient-centered care with a diverse patient population.
- Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and other members of the health care team regarding patient status, rendered care and treatment plans.
- Responsible for optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience according to Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
- Medication administration utilizing the latest clinical documentation technology designed to ensure the safest delivery of medications to patients.
- Patient and family centered care aimed at optimizing health, wellness and disease management.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in management of the patient’s plan of care and goals from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.
Qualifications
- Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification
- 1 Year Acute Care RN Experience Required

- The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing patient needs, a strong sense of accountability for improving the lives of patients and their caregivers, an exceptional focus on teamwork, and the ability to deliver the highest quality of care with a patient focus are required.
Compensation
Minimum rate of $45.73 hourly. The posted rate of pay is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay at the time of posting and does not reflect the full value of the total rewards package.
