The Role: We are looking for a driven OEM Delivery Lead to ensure the successful delivery of OEM customer commitments. Working with internal teams, OEM partners, suppliers and customers, you will oversee multiple projects, manage schedules, risks and performance, and ensure delivery is safe, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. This customer-facing role requires strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate complex activities across national and international teams. You will play a key role in meeting operational KPIs, managing delivery outcomes and maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting the organisation's strategic objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Accountable for the successful delivery of OEM commitments, ensuring performance against agreed schedule, cost, quality and operational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional planning and execution activities, aligning resources, materials, engineering support and operational capability to meet delivery requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEM partners and internal stakeholders to drive alignment, transparency and successful outcomes.
- Monitor delivery performance, risks and issues, providing regular reporting, implementing mitigation plans and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory and quality requirements while supporting budget management, cost control and forecasting activities.
