Mobile Specialist Cleaning Operative
to join our emergency response team. This is not a standard cleaning role. You will be a vital part of our
on-call mobile unit , responding to emergency call-outs and high-stakes specialist cleans. You will handle everything from standard retail contract cleaning to intense biohazard recovery and environmental clean-ups. Because we provide emergency cover, you must be flexible, mobile, and ready to deploy. Key Responsibilities
Biohazard & Trauma Cleans : Safely clean, disinfect, and remediate biohazard scenes, including bodily fluids and hazardous environments. Needle Sweeps : Conduct thorough searches and safe removal or disposal of discarded needles, sharps, and drug paraphernalia. Flood Clean-Ups : Respond to water damage emergencies, extracting standing water and sanitising affected properties. Retail Cleaning : Maintain high-quality cleanliness standards for retail stores, showrooms, and commercial properties during scheduled hours. General Cleaning : Execute deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, and general commercial site tidying as required. Emergency Mobile Response : Maintain readiness during on-call shifts to rapidly deploy to client sites across our regional network.

DBS Check : Must hold a valid
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
check, or be willing to undergo one (this can be provided by the company for the right candidate). Full UK Driving Licence
Essential.
You must be comfortable driving a company response vehicle to various locations. Resilience & Discretion : Ability to handle sensitive, challenging environments (like biohazard sites) with strong emotional resilience and professionalism. Flexibility : Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotas (please note: there is
no standby allowance
for being on-call). Safety First Mindset : Strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including the correct use of specialised PPE and chemical handling. Benefits & Perks
