We're looking for an experienced
Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.

What You'll Do
As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be a visible leader on the restaurant floor, ensuring every service is executed with excellence while supporting, developing, and inspiring your team.
Your responsibilities will include
- Leading daily front-of-house operations and maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Being an active presence during service, supporting staff and engaging with guests.
- Delivering memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing front-of-house team members through ongoing training and leadership.
- Conducting daily pre-shift meetings to prepare the team for successful service.
- Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing new team members.
- Partnering with the General Manager and culinary team to ensure seamless communication and operational excellence.
- Upholding sanitation, food safety, and health department standards.
- Supporting employee performance management while fostering a positive, respectful workplace culture.
- Helping maintain operational efficiency while continually identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications include
- Two or more years of management experience in an upscale, luxury, or high-volume restaurant.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and restaurant technology platforms.
- Food Protection Certification (required).
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
