What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive sales growth by developing strong relationships with new, existing, and lapsed customers, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and margin.
  • Support the delivery of branch sales targets, profit performance, and local sales plans, taking ownership of key accounts and opportunities.
  • Actively seek out new business, grow customer accounts, and use your market knowledge to influence commercial decisions and sales strategies.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience, adapting your approach to meet changing customer needs and expectations.
  • Lead by example on the trade counter and over the phone, providing expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Support and coach the team to create a high‑performance, sales‑driven culture within the branch.
  • Monitor performance against key KPIs including sales, margin, stock, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day branch operations, including stock management, logistics, and compliance.
  • Deputise for the Branch Manager when required, taking ownership of branch performance and team leadership.
