Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for a Sales Advisor who is passionate about great service. Location: Jewson, Newmarket Rd, Cringleford, Norwich, NR4 6UE.

Hours: 7:00am - 16:30pm or 7:30am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am-12pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • As a Sales Advisor you will be an important contributor to the teams' shared success and an essential part of our customers' positive experience with us.
  • Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions.
  • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
  • Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth.
  • Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.

Required Skills And Experience

  • Proven background in sales with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Previous experience in the construction materials supply industry is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong communication and commercial awareness to be able to provide great customer service.
