We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor based in the Warwickshire area, to join our thriving branch in Leamington Spa (Rugby Road, CV32 6AR). The role offers a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 34 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays). Working hours are 7:00am - 16:30pm or 7:30am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday, with half‑day Saturday mornings every other week.

Responsibilities
  • Get to know our product lines and services to maximise customer interactions.
  • Develop relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions.
  • Get to know the local market to support sales growth plans.
  • Use our in‑house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
Required Skills And Experience
  • Proven background in sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Previous experience in the construction materials supply industry is preferred.
  • Self‑motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong communication and commercial awareness to provide great customer service.
