Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for an Internal Sales Advisor who is passionate about great service. The role is based in Aberaeron.
Key Responsibilities
- Building excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers to understand and meet their needs.
- Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross‑selling relevant products, offering specific product advice.
- Getting to know suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.
- Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
- Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.
- Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information related to customer accounts and credit levels.
- Supporting all company initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience
- Great customer focus and desire to do your absolute best to get the best outcomes.
- B2B sales development experience.
- Ability to build rapport and develop a good understanding of your portfolio to secure future projects.
- Pro‑active.

Working Hours
07:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 08:00 – 12:00.
