Details

This is a full‑time role working Monday‑Friday 7:30‑17:00, and every other Saturday from 08:00‑12:00.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Answer incoming customer calls, handle enquiries, and support order processing.
  • Support the trade counter by assisting customers in person when required and helping ensure the counter runs smoothly.
  • Provide a high level of service to existing accounts and build strong customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, following up leads and developing new customers.
  • Support and grow existing accounts by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products or solutions.
  • Maintain strong shopfloor standards, helping keep the branch organised, safe and presentable.
  • Be flexible and willing to support other areas of the branch when required.
  • Work closely with the wider team to ensure customers receive the best possible service.
  • Use industry knowledge and an understanding of the trades to communicate confidently with customers.
