This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 7:30-17:00, and every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete online and in-house training while learning our product range and services to support effective customer interactions aligned with Jewson values.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and offering practical solutions.
- Work as part of the sales team in a busy branch, taking orders, processing payments, answering calls, serving on the trade counter, and proactively contacting customers to grow spend.
- Arrange deliveries, update customer accounts, and keep customers informed.
- Keep the branch clean, organised and welcoming.
- Maintain stock levels through regular checks and counts.
- Work with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvements.
