What You’ll Be Doing
- Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values.
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face‑to‑face and over the phone), understand their needs, and provide proactive advice and solutions to deliver the best experience possible.
- Use our in‑house systems to process customer orders and payments, organise delivery times, update customer accounts, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Keep the branch clean and tidy to make a great first impression on customers.
- Maintain stock levels and carry out regular stock counts.
- Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in other business areas when needed.
Working Hours
This is a part‑time role, working 25 hours per week with flexibility to work extra hours when required (to cover sickness, absence, etc.). Actual hours will be discussed at interview.
