We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor in our Boston branch! Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), who specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, is on the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor who's as passionate about great service as we are.

We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with ample opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 33 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays). The role involves regular manual handling and driving duties and therefore requires a full UK driving licence with entitlement to drive a 3.5‑tonne van, along with the ability to carry out physical tasks safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values.
  • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
  • Use our in‑house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
  • Keep the branch and yard looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers.
  • Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts.
  • Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
