Do you have a passion for working with people? Do you have strong Sales experience? Are you based in the Hayling Island area? Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor - Sales who is as passionate about great service as we are, to join the team at their Hayling Island branch.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our Jewson values.
  • Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
  • Use our in-house systems to process customer orders and payments, organise delivery times, update customer accounts and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
  • Various administration tasks.
  • Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts.
  • Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.

Working Hours

30 hours per week, 10:00am – 4:00pm or 11:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Strong Sales experience.
  • PC Literacy.
  • Administration skills.

  • Team Spirit and Pride.
