Branch Manager in Coventry

Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), specialists in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager to join our Coventry store.

Hours – 7.00 – 5.30 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
• Build and develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions
• Build effective relationships with Suppliers
• Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills And Experience

• Leadership of a small team
• Proven successful experience managing branch P&L
• Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams
