Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), who specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, is on the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor who is as passionate about great service as we are. The role involves regular manual handling and driving duties and therefore requires a full UK driving licence with entitlement to drive a 3.5-tonne van, along with the ability to carry out physical tasks safely.
Schedule
Part-time, 24 hours per week, with flexibility to work either three full days or five part days, preferably including Mondays and Tuesdays.
Key Responsibilities
- Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions in line with our JPS values.
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Keep the branch and yard looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers.
- Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts.
- Work with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement.
