Working hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating weekly pattern:
- Week 1: 05:45–14:30
- Week 2: 09:00–18:00
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supervise and support yard and warehouse colleagues
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safe, well-organised yard and warehouse operations
- Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and fulfilled accurately and on time
- Receive and check stock against Proof of Delivery, completing all required documentation
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health and safety, and compliance
- Support stock control, rotation, and loss prevention across the yard and warehouse
- Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Support Branch sales performance, KPIs, and operational targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant product or market knowledge
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a yard and warehouse team
- Proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- IT literacy and willingness to learn
- GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (desirable)
- Forklift licence (desirable)
- Experience in a yard, warehouse, or customer-focused role (desirable)
