What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee and manage inventory operations to maintain accurate stock records and optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, sales and logistics teams to ensure efficient stock movement.
- Conduct regular stock audits, investigate discrepancies and reduce shrinkage and obsolescence.
- Use inventory systems and reporting to monitor performance, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and support the stock team, promoting accountability, accuracy, and consistent stock control standards.

- Proven experience in stock control, inventory management or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
- Confident using inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- A degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or equivalent practical experience is desirable.
