We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our thriving Jewson branch in Aberdeen (Parkway). This is a part-time position of 24 hours per week, offering flexible working hours from Monday to Friday. School-hour schedules can be accommodated.
What Youβll Be Doing
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions.
- Proactively deal with invoice queries, over the phone and via email.
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders and payments, organise delivery times, update customer accounts and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
- Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers.
- Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts and checking deliveries.
- Support with any other branch administration, as required.
