Jewson, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for an Internal Sales Advisor who is passionate about great service. The role is based in Aberaeron.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building excellent relationships with new and lapsed customers to understand and meet their needs.
  • Maximising customer interactions to support achievement of sales and profit targets through upselling and cross‑selling relevant products, offering specific product advice.
  • Getting to know suppliers and continuously looking for opportunities to improve product and industry knowledge.
  • Ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
  • Following plans to continuously improve customer experience.
  • Advising customers on trading terms and conditions and information related to customer accounts and credit levels.
  • Supporting all company initiatives.
