Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), specialists in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager. At JPS, we're proud to be part of STARK Building Materials UK and dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We're a friendly and collaborative team, passionate about what we do and committed to doing it well.
Hours: 7.30 – 5.00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
- Build and develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions
- Build effective relationships with Suppliers
- Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
Qualifications:
- Leadership of a small team
- Proven successful experience managing branch P&L
- Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams
