Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), specialists in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager. We're a friendly and collaborative team, passionate about what we do and committed to doing it well.

Hours: 7.30 – 5.00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Build and develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions
  • Build effective relationships with Suppliers
  • Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Qualifications:

  • Leadership of a small team
  • Proven successful experience managing branch P&L
  • Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams
