Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), specialists in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, is on the hunt for a Branch Manager to join our Coventry store. We provide a fulfilling and enjoyable work environment with ample opportunities for career growth, along with a competitive salary, staff discount, life assurance, and 34 days of holiday (inclusive of bank holidays). Hours – 7.00 – 5.30 Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Build and develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions.
- Build effective relationships with Suppliers.
- Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work.
Required Skills and Experience
- Leadership of a small team.
- Proven successful experience managing branch P&L.
- Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams.
