Jewson, part of Stark UK, seeks a Yard Sales Adviser for the Liskeard branch.
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge every customer, ascertain their needs and deliver quick, efficient service.
- Ask open questions to build relationships and understand customers’ current and future requirements.
- Maintain excellent standards across the yard, counter, and shop floor.
- Operate machinery safely and perform offloading, picking, packing, restocking and loading vehicles.
- Support business initiatives to increase sales, margin and service.
- Develop knowledge of core and specialist product lines to meet customer needs.
- Load and unload vehicles manually or with a forklift (training provided).
Working Hours:
Full‑time role: Monday‑Friday, either 07:00‑16:30 or 07:30‑17:00, and every other Saturday from 08:00‑12:00.
