We are seeking one to two new trustees for Project ImpACT, a growing and popular charity that promotes good citizenship among Jewish teens.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and agree a long‑term strategy to pursue the charity’s objectives.
- Ensure compliance with the constitution, charity law and all relevant regulations.
- Apply the charity’s resources exclusively for charitable objects and for public benefit.
- Define goals and evaluate performance against agreed targets.
- Safeguard the good name and values of Project ImpACT.
- Ensure effective and efficient administration, including policies and procedures.
- Maintain the financial stability of the charity.
- Protect and manage the property and invest the charity’s funds appropriately.
- Follow proper arrangements for the appointment, supervision, support, appraisal and remuneration of the chief executive.
- Use your specific skills to help the board reach sound decisions, by scrutinising papers, leading discussions, focusing on key issues, or advising on new initiatives.
Other Expectations
The trustee will attend board meetings, review board papers and support the charity’s leadership team.
