Are you passionate about fitness and the positive impact it can have on older people’s well-being? Do you want to volunteer your time to support others? If so, we are looking for a volunteer to run a fortnightly (term time only) Tai Chi class for retired adults in Hampstead Garden Suburb.

We already have a volunteer Tai Chi instructor taking a group every fortnight but demand is growing and we would like to add another class. The class is run from the Free Church Hall, Northway, NW11 6PB.
