Jewish Blind & Disabled is the only charity dedicated to enabling people aged 18 upwards with physical disabilities or impaired vision to live independently with the dignity and choice that are often taken for granted. One in five people in the UK face a diagnosis of disability at some point in their lives, with someone going blind every hour. Our mission is to restore independence and hope for the future through state‑of‑the‑art mobility solutions and on‑call resident house managers, offering peace of mind to tenants and their families.
As an independent charity that does not receive any government funding, we are very grateful for the support of our volunteers.
