Looking for volunteers to pick and pack for 30 food banks in North London. We offer flexible volunteering.

Volunteer Tasks:

  • Pick & pack donated food for food banks.
  • Unpack donations and supermarket deliveries.
  • Drivers to take donations to local food banks.
  • Portion out food into smaller portions for food banks.

Shift Times:

  • Weekday shifts: 9 am – 12 pm, 12 pm – 3 pm, 3 pm – 5:30 pm.
  • Sunday shifts: 12 pm – 3 pm.

We are a central distribution hub that provides food, toiletries and household goods to 30 food banks in North London. Tasks include:

  • Place products into crates ready to be sent out to food banks – do not over‑fill as they need to be stacked.
  • Unwrap and separate multi packs.
  • Split large bags of goods into smaller bags for distribution.
  • Replenish the crates with new products arriving at the hub.

Shift Schedules:

  • 1st shift 8 am – 9 am
  • 2nd shift 9 am – 12 pm
  • 3rd shift 12 pm – 3 pm
  • 4th shift 3 pm – 5:30 pm

We are flexible with shifts, welcoming and appreciating any help in the hub!
