Intergenerational Activity Volunteers support the delivery of our pioneering Intergenerational Activity programme. This programme enriches the lives of our residents by fostering meaningful connections with children from the onsite Apples and Honey nursery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up activities, including gathering resources and arranging the space.
  • Escorting residents to and from sessions (wheelchair training is provided).
  • Engaging with residents, children, and visitors.
  • Actively participating in sessions (e.g., exercising, singing).
  • Supporting residents and children to join in and feel included.
  • Assisting with tidying up.
  • Sharing feedback to support planning and evaluation.

In‑Person Age limit: Volunteers of any age

Hours per session: Between 2 and 3 hours

Availability: On‑going Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
