Why not make this year the year of positive action? Come and volunteer for us and help us make grants to over 79 different charities. We believe that we can all help create a more sustainable world by allowing pre-loved possessions to be enjoyed by others whilst supporting local charities. On average, All Aboard stops around 6 tonnes of waste ending up in landfill each week. Through our shops, the sale of clothes, homeware, bric-a-brac and small electronics raises much needed funds for various community projects each year.
Our busy shop in Southgate is looking for volunteers who love working with people, chatting to customers and helping to create the small, friendly environment we strive to create, all with the aim of achieving sales targets as part of a team. You could be involved in donated stock preparation, stock rotation, visual merchandising, till work and customer service. No prior experience is needed and training will be provided as required. So, as well as gaining experience and helping your community, you could also be enhancing your CV.
All we ask is that you commit to at least 3 hours per week, on a regular basis. Of course, flexibility is guaranteed when you need it. Prior to starting volunteering with us, you will have a chat with our Shop Manager and we will need to take up two references.
Think you can make a difference? Come and join our team! We look forward to hearing from you.

About All Aboard Shops Ltd: All Aboard operates 24 charity shops in London and Manchester, but unlike a normal retail shop, the stock is made up entirely of donated goods from the public - we never buy items to sell. What really sets All Aboard shops apart from other charity shops on the high street is that all the profit raised from sales benefits a wide range of people and causes. By donating goods to and buying from All Aboard stores, many worthy, predominantly Jewish and local causes benefit rather than any single charity. Thanks to the generous support of local communities, we have been trading for over 37 years and have raised millions of pounds.
