At Volunteers on Wheels we are seeking DRIVERS for our vans.
As a driver you will play an essential role in our operation by using our vans to collect food/supplies and delivering them to the network of food banks we support.
Our service operates Monday to Friday and drivers are needed from 8:30am (starting in Mill Hill NW7) to around lunchtime.
Our vans are located on Upper Page Street, Mill Hill, NW7 2BE.
There is free on‑street parking available nearby.
Charity
Volunteers on Wheels (Vo W) collects and delivers food and other essential goods in bulk, to and for, food banks in North/Northwest London, Middlesex, Harrow and Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas.
Food banks have limited volunteer numbers and say our transport logistics service is a “vital link in the chain distributing more than 1 million food parcels per year” to vulnerable members of our society struggling with food insecurity and poverty.

Vo W currently supports over 40 food banks who help more than 30,000 people per week.
