About New Chapters: New Chapters is Kisharon Langdon’s thriving online second-hand book business based in a busy 3,000 sq ft warehouse in Harrow. It provides meaningful work and training for autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities, as well as Langdon College students. Working alongside volunteers, they gain practical skills such as sorting books, scanning stock, and preparing orders while building confidence, independence and readiness for future employment.

We are looking for drivers to collect donated books from homes and drop-off points across North London and deliver them to the warehouse. The role helps ensure a steady flow of stock for the warehouse team and directly supports autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities in gaining workplace skills, independence and experience through New Chapters’ programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect donated books from homes and drop-off points across North London.
  • Deliver books to the warehouse.
  • Assist the warehouse team in maintaining a steady flow of inventory.
  • Support autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities in developing workplace skills.

Schedule: Flexible times – mornings, afternoons and evenings; weekdays and weekends. We are happy to be flexible on location and/or times if required.
