Responsibilities

  • Support development and updating of EDI learning materials, resources, and microlearning content
  • Assist with planning, coordination, and delivery of EDI trainings, workshops, and events
  • Conduct EDI-related research and support data collection, reporting, and goal tracking
  • Contribute to EDI communications, intranet updates, and resource sharing
  • Attend EDI committee meetings, trainings, and events; take notes and support follow-up
  • Collaborate with the EDI Manager on ongoing and emerging EDI initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

  • Must be between the 18 and 30 years of age at the start of employment.
  • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.
  • Some post‑secondary education, preferably in the area of Office Administration/ Digital marketing and design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), knowledge of Access and database programs, and knowledge of office equipment such as fax, photocopiers, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive, confidential and proprietary information.

Preferred Education

  • Some High School or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.
