We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Relief Procurement Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Procurement Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement operations. You will be responsible for managing procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our organisation.
Your role will be to provide full administrative support to the Operations Business Manager. This post works an average of 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday with 2 days in the office per week, on a fixed term contract for 12 months initially.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Processes: Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and processes.
- Supplier Management: Liaise with suppliers to negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules, and maintain positive relationships.
- Order Management: Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages and excesses.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Cost Management: Assist in cost analysis and contribute to budget management.
