Jewish Care seeks an experienced Community Support Worker or a Qualified Social Worker to join its Social Work and Community Support team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week). Based at one of our sites in Friern Barnet, Golders Green or Ilford, you will support adults, older people, carers and families across North East London, Central London and Essex.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide personalised assessments, advice, advocacy and practical support to help people.
