The Receptionist Care Home plays an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front‑of‑house experience for residents, families, visitors, colleagues, and external stakeholders. As a key first point of contact, the postholder will deliver excellent customer service while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day administration of the care home.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer enquiries.
