The Receptionist Care Home plays an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front‑of‑house experience for residents, families, visitors, colleagues, and external stakeholders. As a key first point of contact, the postholder will deliver excellent customer service while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day administration of the care home.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and answer enquiries.
- Manage reception duties and support the wider team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the service.
- Maintain records, support resident appointments and transport arrangements, assist with office coordination, and ensure confidentiality and high standards of customer service at all times.
- Help to ensure accurate record keeping, effective communication and efficient operational support.
