We are seeking a Hub Administrator to join our Administration Hub, providing high-quality, responsive and professional administrative support across Jewish Care services in North West London.
Job Location and Hours: Work 2 days per week from our Golders Green Campus (NW11 9DQ), 2 days per week from Sunridge Court Care Home (NW11 8PT), and the remaining day at one of our resources in Golders Green or Hendon, as determined by the Hub Administration Co-ordinator. This onsite role averages 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, as a fixed-term position for 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, staff and residents, managing enquiries by phone, email and in person.
- Maintain accurate records, coordinate meetings and visitor access, log maintenance requests, manage office supplies and support basic finance and procurement tasks.
- Assist with HR administration, recruitment and payroll support, transport bookings, personal allowance top-ups, and ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are upheld.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Experience delivering high-quality customer service.
- Experience using systems, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience working collaboratively as part of a team.
