We are seeking a Night Care and Support Worker to join our Retirement Living service, supporting tenants to live independently within a safe and connected community. This is a unique care role focused on enabling individuals to remain in their own homes while receiving the support they need.
Working night shifts from 9:00pm to 7:00am, you will provide practical and emotional support, promote wellbeing, and help tenants maintain independence, dignity, and choice. The role is based on an average of 37.5 hours per week across a two‑week rolling rota.
You will build meaningful relationships, support care planning, and work collaboratively with health and social care professionals. This post has a genuine occupational requirement for a female worker in line with the Sex Discrimination Act 1974.
