Jewish Care in Enfield is seeking a Caring Team Leader for our residential and nursing teams. You will lead shifts, mentor staff, and ensure safe, person-centred care that supports wellbeing and independence.
The role operates on a 2-week rolling rota with 12-hour shifts (8-8) and includes evenings and weekends, averaging 40.25 hours weekly. You’ll help maintain records, uphold safeguarding and care standards, and deliver excellent resident and family experiences.
