We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Café Supervisor to lead our hospitality operations within a vibrant campus environment. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of the Sugar Ronson Café, driving high-quality service delivery to residents, tenants, staff, and external visitors, and acting as the face of the café.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all café, restaurant, and hospitality services across the campus.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and legislative standards.
- Manage budgets, purchasing, and cost control to maximise efficiency.
- Plan and deliver internal and external events, including quotations and logistics.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to meet service needs.
- Supervise, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards through visible leadership.
- Manage cash handling and financial procedures in line with policy.
- Complete administrative tasks including records, rotas, and reporting.
- Represent the service at meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
About You

Working Hours
