Jewels of Faith is bringing women together for a uplifting day of community, faith and well-being in Manchester. Can you help us welcome, support and celebrate 40 women at our Women’s Well-Being & Community Gathering? Your support will directly shape the experience of up to 40 women who come through the door looking for connection, encouragement and a sense of belonging. For many attendees, this will be a rare and special opportunity — and as Jewels of Faith’s very first in-person immersive event, it is a landmark moment for our organisation. Your warmth and presence on the day will be a huge part of what makes it unforgettable.

Jewels of Faith is a bold, growing organisation run by women for women, with a powerful community across the UK and beyond. We don’t rely on a large paid events team — which means every volunteer is genuinely vital. Without your help, we simply could not deliver an event of this quality. Your contribution means our host and speakers can focus entirely on delivering an inspiring programme, while our guests feel welcomed, seen and cared for from the moment they arrive. Beyond the day itself, events like this help Jewels of Faith grow its community, reach more women across Manchester, and build towards future gatherings and programmes. You’ll be part of something historic — and we’d love to have you with us.

What are we looking for?

  • Warm, friendly women who love people and thrive in a community setting.
  • At least 3 years of experience volunteering at events or coordinating volunteers in community, church, hospitality or similar settings.
  • No formal qualifications required, but experience supporting events of this nature is important.
  • Reliable, punctual, confident, taking initiative, and comfortable working as part of a team.
  • Experience in events, hospitality, customer service or community work is highly valued.

What will you be doing?
