We’re on the hunt for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Community Manager to lead the charge on our social platforms and build an engaged, loyal audience. About The Role
As the Social Media & Community Manager, you’ll take ownership of Jewells’ social presence, leading the strategy, execution, and optimisation of all platforms. You’ll have a clear vision for driving engagement and growth, backed by data-driven insights and a passion for connecting with communities in meaningful ways.
This role involves working closely with and managing our in-house content creator(s) to deliver standout campaigns that align with business goals, enhance brand awareness, and foster genuine connections with our audience. You’ll also play a key role in amplifying our organic reach through social SEO and creative storytelling.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Create platform-specific content strategies that balance brand consistency with creativity and innovation.
  • Align social media efforts with business goals, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Experiment with new formats, trends, and storytelling techniques to keep Jewells at the forefront of social media innovation.

Content Creation & Team Leadership

  • Lead and grow a team of content creators to produce high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule that maximises reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and videographers to create compelling content for all platforms.

Community Engagement

  • Build and nurture an engaged community across platforms by fostering genuine interactions and responding to comments, messages, and trends.
  • Be the voice of Jewells, ensuring all communication aligns with our tone and brand values.
  • Leverage user-generated content and community feedback to shape social media strategies.

Data-Driven Optimisation

  • Use analytics tools to measure the performance of campaigns, content, and engagement efforts.
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to refine strategies and optimise results.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and SEO best practices to drive organic growth.

About You

  • Experience: 3+ years in social media management, preferably in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle brands.
  • Creative Vision: A natural storyteller with an eye for design and a pulse on social trends, capable of creating content that stops the scroll.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  • SEO Savvy: Strong knowledge of social media SEO techniques to boost discoverability and organic reach.
  • Data-Driven: Experience using analytics to track performance and inform future strategies.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience managing and mentoring a team of creatives.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms, including their algorithms and best practices.
  • Passionate: A love for jewellery, fashion, and lifestyle trends, with a keen interest in building community and organic brand loyalty.
