As a Sales & Service Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer experience—helping clients discover their perfect jewellery pieces, performing precision piercings, and delivering our sought-after permanent jewellery service (don’t worry, we’ll train you!). No piercing experience? No problem! You’ll receive certified training at London’s top academy, becoming an accredited piercer and JEWELLS welder while developing expert styling and sales skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional service – Build relationships, educate customers, and provide personalised styling advice.
  • Perform luxury piercings & permanent jewellery – Become an expert through our accredited training.
  • Drive sales & upsell services – Identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience.
  • Ensure a seamless appointment process – Manage bookings, consultations, and aftercare guidance.
  • Maintain a luxury store environment – Keep displays pristine, follow security protocols, and protect stock.
  • Collaborate with an incredible team – Support each other to smash targets and create unforgettable experiences.
